They work hard, arrive as planned and keep the site cleaned. I am so ready for the rain now. Everything was explained clearly and now I am very satisfied and can sleep without worrying about the rain.

AAA Waterproofing came highly recommended by our neighbour. When we contacted Zibby , he gave us a very reasonable price to waterproof our basement. He was prompt, polite and helpful at all times, as was his excellent crew. Everyone working for the company was friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. They are extremely professional in the quality of their work. They dug down to the footings and fixed our crumbling brickwork before parging and installing a rubber membrane. They also cleaned up thoroughly once they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After having to carry out many extensive and expensive renovations on our 130 yr old home, we were cautious about the extensive basement reno we had decided to undertake (underpinning, waterproofing etc). As soon as we met with Zibby we felt we could trust him and though he was not the cheapest quote, he was fair. Over the next months it became very clear we made the right decision. Zibby and his company are incredibly professional, respectful (punctual, clean), and will do whatever possible to deal appropriately with any "surprises" which might pop up (and in our old, often "renovated" downtown basement, many did).
